Charles Heidsieck was one of the very first Champagne Houses to demonstrate its passion for Chardonnay by producing a Blanc de Blancs in its 1949 vintage. Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs, relaunched in 2018, combining Charles Heidsieck's area of expertise; Blending a large selection of wines from different years and the production of great white wines. This is also the first time their NV contains barrel fermented wines, 9% have been added to broaden the texture and add a hint of spice.

"Attractive white-flower and ripe-lemon aromas are married to an elegant, medium-bodied palate, where the creaminess is neatly underlined by the mousse, the lively acidity making the chalky and saline finish very clean and straight. The cuvée is based on the 2016 vintage and this fine Blanc de Blancs was disgorged in 2021"
