Experience 3 rosé Saignée champagnes. The champagnes are made by maceration, so the color of the champagne comes from skin contact. Here you can taste the difference between the different producers. This will give you a better understanding of terroir and grape quality. When you have tasted these you will be more able to tell what winemaking style and grape quality can do for a champagne.
