More about Ruinart

In parallel with the founding of the Ruinart champagne company, France started to develop a way of life that was characterized by great culture and prized elegance, refinement, delicacy, and good taste. The freshly introduced champagnes from Ruinart, which were popular particularly among the upper class, fit well in with this trend of high culture. In order to create their products in the finest way possible, Ruinart was continually on the lookout for the most advanced knowledge. Although Dom Pérignon, Möet & Chandon, and Veuve Clicquot are more well-known than Ruinart, this is not necessarily a bad thing. The company does not have the same commercial appeal as the above because of the brand's modest marketing and lower production, but a true champagne connoisseur understands very well how good this champagne is.

They have, however, recently made a name for themselves in America, albeit on a much smaller scale. Ruinart does not intend to take on the major players. According to the board members, they won't sell their goods at nightclubs, supermarkets, or "particularly not in Las Vegas." They will only allow access to their products at particular restaurants and specialized wine shops because their major target market is the quality-conscious wine connoisseur. The "Blanc de Blancs" from Ruinart perfectly encapsulates all the champagne house stands for, including the utilization of premium ingredients and meticulous production techniques. This champagne's extraordinary purity, freshness, and aromatic strength come from the use of only the finest local Chardonnay grapes. It has a tremendously pleasant citrus flavor and is incredibly simple to consume because it is made just from white Chardonnay grapes. Before transforming into a more floral body of jasmine, orange blossom, and acacia, it opens with notes of pomelo, lemons, and grapefruit. A sparkling wine normally takes 15 months to generate the distinctive bubbles that set it apart from regular wine. The Blanc de Blancs from Ruinart is matured for at least three years to offer more flavor and texture. In order to counteract the acidity of the white grapes, it adds some creaminess.

Champagne producers advise serving their beverages between 8 and 10 degrees. When champagne is consumed at room temperature, its acidity leaves a bitter aftertaste. For the best flavor, it should be kept at a temperature of 6 to 8 degrees while being consumed at 8 to 10 degrees after opening. The cellar master at Ruinart claims that it is ideal for quenching your thirst on a hot afternoon. You might not know this, but Ruinart is the most popular champagne in Europe because of its affordable pricing and superior flavor.
