If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the original purchase prise.
In exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date where we have been notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We will collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment settlement and fulfillment of the agreement entered into. Upon completion of payments, some of your data will be passed on to Pensopay, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can sign up for and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time.
If you do not want to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not have the opportunity to purchase products from us on our website.
Your information (except your e-mail address if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 3 after you have received your item or service.
Other recipients of personal information
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
If you choose to review our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the Trustpilot review page.
We have our website at Hostmaster.dk and payment system through Pensopay, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Hostmaster.dk's data centers.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processor agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

Champagne Season aims to ship orders within 24 hours (in business days) after the order has been made. We will only withdraw the money from the transaction when we have shipped the package.
We ship to all of Europe. Shipping prices from EUR 7. Items will be delivered to the delivery address, which is stated when ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
We do not deliver out of Europe (also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Your goods can be sent with PostNord, DHL, DAO, Bring or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems occur, contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 5-7 business days after ordering.
For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
Get the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several rounds.
Get the last batch, or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/ parts.
- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
Return costs must be covered by you.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days after. The notice must be given per. mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must fill in the enclosed Return Note and send the item to:

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.
Goods except the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
Products that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.
Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
Items where the seal is broken.
- Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has commenced with the prior express consent of the consumer and recognition that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully completed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he or she thereby loses his or her right of withdrawal.
Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, however, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements entered into at public auction.
Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning. When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The expedition goes faster if you also fill out and enclose our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.
We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
The condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way in which it works. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore try out the item without actually using it.

Opportunities for appeal
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
