A classic from the house a signature non-vintage champagne, a cuvée that perfectly reflects the essence of J. Lassalle’s style. It is crafted from a blend of 1/3% Meunier, 1/3% Pinot Noir, and 1/3% Chardonnay, sourced exclusively from the family’s own Premier Cru vineyards in Chigny-les-Roses.

Winemaking & Aging

Brut Platine is crafted from an equal blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Like all Champagnes from J. Lassalle, it undergoes both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before spending a minimum of three years aging on the lees. This extended cellar aging enhances the wine's complexity, giving it a fine mousse, remarkable finesse, and impressive depth.

Tasting Profile

Brut Platine displays a bright golden color with a stream of delicate, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with aromas of citrus, white peach, fresh apple, toasted almonds, and subtle brioche. On the palate, it is elegant and beautifully balanced, combining vibrant freshness with chalky minerality, ripe orchard fruit, and a creamy texture. The finish is long, crisp, and refined, making it equally enjoyable as an aperitif or alongside seafood, poultry, and creamy dishes.
