Paul Bara Millésime 2018

This vintage Champagne, comming from the Grand Cru village of Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims region, showcases the elegance and complexity characteristic of Paul Bara's wines.

Tasting notes: Produced only in exceptional harvest years, this wine boasts a beautiful bright golden hue and delicate effervescence. The nose reveals inviting aromas of pastries, white fruits, candied strawberries, honey, and nougat. On the palate, it begins with a round and luscious entry, transitioning into a creamy and smooth texture with flavors of pear and honey, a touch of salinity, and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Bonus info:

Fermentation in chilled steel tanks, blocked malolactic fermentation.
