Ruinart Brut NV Mini
Ruinart Brut NV
This champagne is a perfect non-vintage for a champagne lover as well as someone who is new to champagne. This champagne is produced from the young wine from the current year's harvest which is mixed with up to 25% of the reserve wine from the 2 previous years to ensure continuity and then matures for a minimum of 36 months in the bottle before the sediment is discarded and a dosage of 9g is given. per liters.
A vibrant slightly golden champagne poured with fine tiny bubbles and very persistent foam, delivers delicate aromas of white blossoms and freshly picked apples and pears, standing on a solid base of hazelnuts, fresh almonds, and buttery brioche. A very fresh, balanced, rounded, and full-bodied Champagne at once.
Comments from a tasting:
"A vibrant, fresh and lightly floral Champagne with a long toasty finish. Very fine craftsmanship. Pair with oysters and celebrations.."
