Blanc de blancs from Vix-Bara is a sophisticated champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, comming from the "Les Chènes" plot in Etoges, Champagne. This cuvée offers an exquisite tasting experience, beginning with a delicate bouquet of lightly toasted almonds, which gives way to the fresh, inviting scent of orange flesh. On the palate, the champagne starts with a broad, slightly creamy texture, then gradually refines itself as vibrant citrus and white flower notes come to the forefront. The finish is long and expressive, with lingering aromas of orange peel and a subtle hint of lemon zest.
This is a great example of a great champagne for caviar, young crispy and fresh. Perfect for a variety of occasions. This champagne pairs effortlessly with an aperitif or with dishes like wild trout or perch. Champagne from Vix-bara is produced using organic farming methods, it reflects a commitment to quality and sustainability, with a low dosage of 4 grams per liter to "let the fruit speak for itself".
